bright lights at heritage street

It’s a different scenery at Vigan Heritage at Night. In the morning and the afternoon, the streets are filled with photographers, tourists buying some goodies from Ilocos, and horses. At night, stores are closed and tables and chairs are put out for a fine dining experience! All you’ll see are people. people and people… and lights. I like Heritage better at night… but that’s just me.
